Initial consultations are complimentary, after which we conduct a survey focused on the area(s) of business in question. We provide a proposal outlining our services, fees, and timeline for the project(s). Subsequent meetings are scheduled at the client's convenience to review progress, reassesses needs, and make adjustments to the plan, if necessary. We focus on helping create structure, organization, and strategies that can be implemented immediately and used to guide future operational decisions.

Both our services and our fees can be customized to meet your needs. We can work on retainer or a per project basis, at an hourly rate or for a flat fee. Projects can even be phased and billed per each stage of completion.
